Conference and Exhibition Venue
The conference and the exhibition shall be held at Windsor Barra Hotel, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil from 16 - 19 August 2011. Weather and Clothing
Rio has a tropical savanna climate. During August the average minimum temperature is 19 °C (66 °F) and the average maximum temperature is 26 °C (79°F). The temperature varies according to elevation, distance from the coast, and type of vegetation. Along the coast, the breeze, blowing alternately onshore and offshore, moderates the temperature. Carrying light wollens is recommended.

Language and Translation
English is the official language of Latin American Geospatial Forum considering its international nature. We will have the onsite translation during the conference.
