Geospatial Media is proud to announce Geospatial Excellence Awards for Best Applications in Latin American Region. The aim is to promote and propagate the best applications of geospatial technologies all over Latin America. The awards will be granted in the form of a trophy to meritorious projects which have made significant and measurable contributions towards the development of new geospatial applications, or innovative modification of existing geospatial technology practices to substantially reduce project costs and bring in efficiency in the workflow.

Objective
To recognize, highlight and honour the best applications or uses of geospatial technologies in various walks of life to promote these in other parts of the world and also encourage stakeholders to make optimum use of these technologies.

Nominations
Geospatial Media is inviting nominations for excellance awards from organizations who have made a significant and measurable contribution. Nominations will be screened by a Jury to select winners for each of the application areas.
